: (1) Any employee, candidate, election representative, polling representative, counting representative or any other person assigned to work related to the election, unless authorized by law, has knowledge of the vote indicated by the voter on the ballot or Any other thing that happened should not be told, written or revealed or published in any way.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other prevailing law, no witness or person shall be questioned as to whom he voted for in the election or who voted for whom in the course of legal proceedings under this Act.
